Thanks for a great “Columbus Day” Pasta
Feed Dinner Last Saturday!
· Thanks
to the committee and workers! There were about
25 Knights, spouses, and other parishioners, who made this wonderful evening
possible. Setup and serving crews, kitchen chefs and staff, ticket takers,
spumoni scoopers, biscotti dispensers, bartenders – thank you for your time
and effort. A special thanks to Chairman and Head Chef John Brignoli for
planning and supervising the event. It was suggested that John should bottle
his incredible meat sauce and market it under a St. Francis label. It could
give the Paul Newman brand real competition.

to the attendees: Thanks for your support and
we hope you all had a good time. We sold a little over 100 tickets.
Net revenue from
ticket sales and donations totaled $1,241.
This will be used in part to provide something really needed by the parish,
a professional, high quality rug and upholstery cleaner. Watch this KofC
